कृपया हमारे training programs में पंजीकरण करने से पहले नीचे दिए गए Terms & Conditions को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें। हमारे courses में enrollment करने पर आप इन शर्तों से सहमत माने जाएंगे।

1. Registration & Payment

• सभी registrations हमारी आधिकारिक वेबसाइट training.shaileshpanchal.com के माध्यम से ही स्वीकार किए जाएंगे।

• पंजीकरण तभी सफल माना जाएगा जब पूरा payment प्राप्त हो जाएगा।

• Payment non-refundable और non-transferable है (जब तक कि course cancel न किया जाए)।

2. Training Sessions

• Training sessions निर्धारित समय और दिनांक पर आयोजित किए जाएंगे।

• प्रत्येक participant को session join करने के लिए unique access link दिया जाएगा।

• Access link किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ share करना सख्त मना है।

3. Lecture Recording & Access

• Sessions को रिकॉर्ड किया जा सकता है और registered participants को limited समय के लिए recording access दिया जाएगा।

• Recording केवल study purpose के लिए है और इसे download, copy या किसी third-party platform पर share करना strictly prohibited है।

• किसी भी प्रकार के technical issue (जैसे internet failure, server downtime या platform error) की स्थिति में recording availability या quality के लिए company जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

4. Technical Issues

• हम training platform को smooth और uninterrupted रखने का पूरा प्रयास करते हैं।

• यदि किसी participant की ओर से technical issue (जैसे internet connectivity, device issue, power cut) होता है तो उसकी जिम्मेदारी participant की होगी।

• यदि हमारी ओर से major technical issue होता है (जैसे server crash, platform failure), तो हम alternative session या recording access देने का प्रयास करेंगे।

• Minor technical issues (voice lag, temporary audio/video disturbance, आदि) के लिए कोई compensation या refund नहीं दिया जाएगा।

5. Content Usage Policy

• Training content (videos, slides, notes, strategies आदि) केवल personal learning purpose के लिए है।

• Content को reproduce, distribute या commercial use करना strictly prohibited है।

• Copyright और intellectual property rights शैलेश पंचाल और उनकी टीम के पास सुरक्षित हैं।

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Enrolled participants को किसी भी कारण से refund नहीं मिलेगा।

• यदि किसी कारणवश Trainer की ओर से session cancel होता है, तो rescheduled session उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।

7. Disclaimer

• Training का उद्देश्य participants को digital marketing में practical knowledge और strategies सिखाना है।

• Actual results individual effort, business condition और implementation पर निर्भर करेंगे।

• हम किसी specific business outcome या earning guarantee नहीं देते।

8. Jurisdiction

• किसी भी प्रकार के judicial matters के लिए Ahmedabad (Gujarat) ही jurisdiction रहेगा।
